Important:
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return after you receive the item.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you will receive:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 4โ€“9 business days
  • Actual timing may vary based on your payment provider or financial institution
