Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ovelam. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition
  • It must be returned with the original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@ovelam.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Return shipping address will be provided once your return request is approved.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 4–9 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@ovelam.com with your order number and a photo of the item.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge before the order has shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the return process after delivery.

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at contact@ovelam.com.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
