Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Q: Why was my payment declined?
A: Payments may be declined due to incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, card limits, or fraud detection. If this happens, try another method or contact us at contact@ovelam.com.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed (1–3 business days). For more info, visit our Shipping Policy.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase. See full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
