Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers may choose between a full refund or a replacement, subject to product availability.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
